Pega Cloud defacto logging service is via Kibana https://pdn.pega.com/pega-log-files-kibana/pega-log-files-kibana, such a service is provided the day a Pega Cloud Customer is handed over the environment.

At any given time last 30 days of logs are retained in Kibana. Kibana does not provide a way to download the logs. In case if customer/user still needs download of logs, then they will need to reach out to Pega Support for further processing of the request.
