Reassigning a remote case between operators from local system with FCM

Our requirement is to display the federated worklist and operators on local system which is working fine. But now customer wants to use the OOTB drag and drop function to reassign works between operators. This is working for local cases i.e. cases created in the running system but it is not working on remote cases.

Is there anyone faced this requirement?

The Remote Work Instances are related to different application. Just for view purpose they are shown on the Master/Current Application. But we cannot drag drop the assignments to the operators which are belonging to master application.
