FCM: Unable to map properties from Remote Case to Master Case
Hello,
We are using FCM to build a unified portal which interacts with 3 different applications.
Can someone please tell me what needs to be done to access certain fields from Master case like pyID, insKey etc... of Remote Case.
We're using CPMStartNewRemoteFlow to create a remote case. Target properties and Source properties were added in Data mapping from Remote gadgets section on Master case, and also Publish as a remote case is checked in Remote case type.
But still we are not able to get fields from Remote Case, is there anything I'm missing here?
Any help in this case is greatly appreciated.

Upon reviewing the associated SR, SA-56304 Properties from remote case are not mapped to master case was generated for the resolution.
