IE stopped working error after certain period of process execution
Hi,
We are trying to automate the saving of multiple webpages by clicking on each link from a website.but after saving few webpages,IE throwing error "IE stopped working" and automation running in the background and it freezes.
How can we identify this error and handle effectively.Also we have seen the memory load keeps on increasing for IE and Pega Runtime.How can we handle performance issue for such kind of scenarios.Any help appreciated.

I believe the best course of action is to open an SR with support to have someone assist you with the specific scenario. If you do open an SR, please report the SR number here for tracking purposes.
If you have a situation where within one automation you have a loop without using one of the loop components, it is possible you could be causing a stack overflow. Basically, if you are using a jump label to return to the beginning of your automation from somewhere near the end, eventually that could cause a stack overflow. That might be something for you to look for at least initially while you await a support response.

Thanks for prompt response.SR-C8607 raised and support team looking into it.
For loop component has been used for clicking each webpage link within the table and saving the webpage by passing sendkeys(%s) .Because of IE stopped working error,we are breaking the loop ,stopping IE and jumping to restart label to launch IE again to continue the same process.But after few saves,same issue retains and it is random.Not sure what causing the IE freeze or stopping.
