Execution Error when working with Microsoft Connectors in openspan
Hi,
Whenever am working with Microsoft office components( 2007)Excel or Word or outlook connectors in openspan(Pega robotics-8),the below error(please find it attached screenshot) is occuring. Please help or guide me in solving this issue.
"Error executing link in Automation: Automation1 - From: Windows_Form1.button1.Click To: Automation1.microsoftWord1.RunMacro() Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.ApplicationClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{00020970-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA).

What version of Office support do you have loaded with Pega Robotics? What version of Office do you have installed? Have you recently changed versions of Office on your machine?
