Stop SLA for a time period
How can I stop SLA for a time period
- currently we use SLA to send emails
- we want these emails not be sent for x number of days
- we want system to send emails after x days
- we can't stop SLA or send Corr agent as it will impact all other apps
- we may have some existing rows in the pr_sys_queue_sla table
