My intent is to use Express to create apps as an alternative to a sharepoint list.  Here is what I am expecting:

1. the worklist on the dashboard defaults to a specific workbasket/queue that shows only Client cases that are not resolved

2. The cases in the list should show the client name to make easily identifiable to the user and perhaps other key client case properties

Note that this is a more data centric approach, which is typical of a sharepoint list.

My questions/concerns are:

1. Am I misusing, Pega or Express in this data centric fashion

2. I see from another reply that Express does not allow this customization of the work list.  Should it? Is the right thing to do?  Would it violate something inherent to Pega. If so, will/should this be allow from Express?  In the meantime, using Designer Studio to customize can be done.
