Is “attach a screenshot “ and “scan and attach" supported on Mac(OSX) ?

Do we support “attach a screenshot “ and “scan and attach" on Mac(OSX)? If so what is the recommended browser and OS version? Its not certain from the Platfrom Support Guide.
