To delete all the assignment existing in particular worklist and marked all the case to Resolve Complete
hi, I have a requirement that for a particular user worklist delete all the existing assignment and Resolve Complete all the assignment. Now there are multiple types of work item in the worklist, so if I delete the assignment record from Assign-Worklist and update the status of each work item to Resolve-Complete will there be any issue? I am not using ticket to take this flow to end shape as there are numerous different type of work items.

I'm not fully understanding why you want to delete those assignments ? Would it be better to just reassign all of them to a different user instead ?

Thats what the ask from business. They want to remove those assignment from user worklist and want to resolve the case. They dont want to do any transaction on those cases.
