Designer Studio drop down options are disabled in Pega Decisioning and Marketing enablement 7.21 ML0
Hi,
I have installed Virtual Box and added Pega Marketing exercise system. Now I'm trying to import Pega exercise zip but all the designer studio dropdown options are disabled. I tried re adding , reinstall but didn't work.
Can someone please help me. Attached the screenshot for reference

Hi Supraja,
I'm not able to use IE for accessing the URL, so not able to check if IE can do this. But, your guess is right.
For cloud instance also I faced the same error, when I used the cloud instance in IE it worked but there is some other issue with IE also. I couldn't able to connect the flow shapes in Decisioining strategy. IE is not allowing to connect the shapes, Chrome is not displaying the drop down options. Every time I have to use both the browsers if I need to do both of the above mentioned activities.
Here there are 2 problems I have mentioned:
1. Pega enablementis not working in IE
2. When I use IE for importing (cloud instance) , it is working but not able to connect flow shapes
