Service drop down not an option
I'm working on Business Architect Essentials course/step 8 exercise configure a case.
under create a service case as a child case instruction number 6 instructs:
...select service to create a service case.
Service doesn't appear as an option for me under the create the following case drop down. I get Create new case type, select... or assistance request
I've tried saving, exiting and reentering and I've made sure I am working in App studio not Dev. Can someone point me in the right direction?

It looks like your exercise system may be corrupted. Please email to [email protected] with your exercise system URL (i.e. starting with https://paex...) so that the team can verify it, and if it is corrupted, the exercise system will need to be reset.
