Pega Marketing Marketing_721_VM_20160509 is broken

I have downloaded enablement archive for practicing the marketing exercises a couple of times and whenever I extract it, it is stalled by a checksum error which reports that "Pega Marketing Enablement 7.21 ML0-disl1.vmdk" file is corrupt. Can any one provide me a link to a stable version. Find attached screen shot of the error attached with this post.

Please make sure you followed the steps as documented in the Exercise System Guide.

Caution! Pega Academy exercise system downloads are encoded with compression algorithms that support file sizes larger than 4GB. These files must be decompressed by a utility that supports the compression algorithm, therefore we recommend using 7-Zip (for Windows) and Keka (for OS X) to decompress files.
