Average handling time of Assignments

there is a requirement to understand the Average handling time of assignments. I would need below information.

1) If a user works on an assignment, how much time user takes to complete.

2) How much time an asignment resides on a workbasket/user worklist waiting for next action.

an this be done using History table? do we have another tables in Pega to pull that data.

do check out Index-TrackStatus and the OOTB reporting options which come with that Index. Although it is status based, it can provide some ideas as to how something similar can be achieved when pxassigned  is changed.
