Get average elapsed time per status?
There is already a OOTB RD- "pyAverageElapsedTimePerStatus". But i am unable to understand how to utilize this? Can anyone suggest the possible approach

Hi Haritha Damarla, I meant it was not returning any results, so i have a doubt whether this RD requires any input parameters like wise. As per the article you shared below and Karthik Veerlapati comments i made pyTrackStatus When rule to return true. Now are there any additional parameters required that i need to give to fetch the results or its just enough?

It is a report where User can track time in each status for each work item.

“pyAverageElapsedTimePerStatus” Report Definition displays the Average elapsed time of a Status and user can drill down to view the details. For this to work "pyTrackStatus" when rule should be overridden and make it to return true.
