Local action opens when user does not have privilege on flow action
Hi,
We have privilege set on a flow action. When user who does not have this privilege clicks on assignment link of this flow action, he is supposed to get an error message but instead local action is opened because he has access on local action (Local action is set on assignment shape). However this is odd behavior for us.. What we want is to just show error to user. We want user to perform local action only when he has the flow action opened from Action menu button. Is there any out-of-the-box configuration to control this behavior?

As far as i understand your requirements, you need to control assignment level security and not flow action level. You need to stop users from clicking assignment.
Is there any specific reason why you are not looking at assignment/workbasket level security for this use case ?
