Clarification in step behaviors in case management
Hi,
I created a case management in pegaV7.2.2. i gave a stage name Fetch and step names as 1) Fetch Choice 2) By Location 3) By Designation 4) By Salary
I need to navigate it what ever i select in fetch choice. I created a drop down list in 1)Fetch Choice.
Thanks In Advance

Hi,
Is it that, you want to skip the steps, based on the result choosen from the drop down in FetchChoice step ?
If yes, you can use the 'SkipStep when ' in the step behaviours.

Hi bharath ,
You can use start when condt for steps after setting the selected value in your first step.

Hi bharath ,
Open case designer and click on Open from Actions to open pydefault rule.
In pyDefault , go to stages tab and scroll down to view the steps.
Here you can define allowed when condt to skip them.

Hi,
I am unable to see the option in version 7.2.2 for each and every step. It is showing for all the steps once.
Could you please share me any screenshot if you find any option like that.
Thanks.
