How to create step behavior in pega 7.2 ?
I am not able to set the step behavior (Single step Assignment, Multi step process) in pega 7.2. can any one help me on this?

My Bad, I just checked and these screen shots are from 7.1.10 (Confusion caused when multiple versions of PRPC are open ).
I think there is a change in the configuration for Cases in 7.2. Here each stage has one or more process and each process is configurable to add steps. There is an option to add parallel process which is similar to multi-step.
All how-to details are available in the help doc under Case management > Designing a case type > Adding a process to a stage >Processes in a stage

Can you plz help me with the screen shots for pega 7.2.1 how to create a multistep process and crate t upon stage entry or completion of step.
iam trying to do pega ess 7.1, it is totally confusion wth the pega doc to pega 7.2
