Step configuration in Case management.

Hi All,

 

I am trying to  configuring the case life cycle in the Case management. While adding the step, unable to see the smart shape like (collect information,send Email ...)option. on click of Form step it is defaults to collect information but not showing the other options in Pega 8.7 personal edition. please refer the screen shot.

attached the expected outcome.
