Pega Listeners showing as disabled in Listener management.
Hi All,
I have been working on Pega collection framework. Version 7.4.
There are is a listener available in framework which is used to get account details and create new collection cases.
The Listener named "CollectionPatch" is showing Disabled in Listener management. I have tried to restart it but it is throwing an error "Exception occurred while restarting the listener FILE-Thread-125"
May I know why the listener status is showing as disabled even though there is no option available for enable or disable listener. ( if we have please let me know).
Also please let me know why above mentioned error is coming while trying to restart the listener.

@MarcLasserre_GCS , Thank you for the reply.
The system has only one node and even though i select All node still it is disabled.
I think , since there are some restrictions in POC system provided by Pega.
