User Profile not showing up in the manager portal
When I try to open any user profile from manager portal, it's just shwing the following text: buildWhiteList_1();pzSectionBody_1(); This only happen in testing environment but not in other envs. Anyone faced the same issue and know how to solve it? Thanks

@alfin.putra if you do a search for that error text you will find several other related content posts on this forum such as this one. I believe Pega 8.5 has improved cache mechanisms in place.
This seems an issue with the pzAssemblePreprocess rule itself which performs FUA assembly of section rules.
The rule in question is pzAssemblePreprocess under Rule-HTML-Section, this is called for FUA(First usage assembly) needed section rules.
To fix this, we just re-save the pzAssemblePreprocess under Rule-HTML-Section ( this section is responsible for performing preprocessing steps for section rules and gives to rule assembly for proper assembly) by using the pzinskey and passing it to bulkValidateSave.
As soon as the update is done or any major changes are done, it is generally suggested to run through the screens(smoke testing) using an operator having full admin privileges to get rid of assembly issues incurring due to authorization issues.

I have seen issues in past with few core rules assembling in bad state when the FUA is performed by non-admin user and it won't be cleared until a re-save action using admin operator. Section "PortalNavigation" has to be "check-out and check-in" to update due to changes in "pzPortalNavigation" design template section. Suggested Steps:
1) Do a 'Revalidate and Save' for pzAssemblePreprocess after disabling 5.1 step in activity 'ShowBulkValidateDisplay' 2) revalidate and save of the section
If the issue continues, please check the logs for the exact error and log a support incident if required.

@alfin.putrajust do a re-validate and save of the portal sections in case of any customization. otherwise, redeploy the portal and do a server restart. post restart, run the static assembler.
