JPMC account isnt showing up in the "Manage user" MSP Portal

I am trying to edit/add roles to users but i do not see any values in the Account drop down to select "JP Morgan Chase"

@PrabhaJayabal  please can you consult the My Support Portal Frequently Asked Questions?

If you are not able to Administrate accounts then likely you have not been assigned the Pega Account Administrator roles.

I checked and it would appear that you are affiliated under "Jpmorgan Chase" and have Admin rights. 

Therefore please follow the steps in the FAQ:
