Can No Longer Manage Accounts in My Service Portal
I had not used MSP for a few months. It used to be that I could search for customer accounts and follow them. This would add the accounts to the Account drop down lists. I can no longer do this. I am now working with a new (to me) customer. When I search for this customer's tickets, I cannot find them. I assume that is because I do not have them as a customer I am following. What do I need to do?
