Considering to implement Tag management solutions using Google Analytics - Tag Manager

In current project, we are considering to implement Tag management solutions using Google Analytics - Tag Manager. We would like to know whether Pega has any Product/Service that could be used to leverage the data collected using GA-Tag Manager.
As per my analysis, Pega Decision Manager accepts input data loaded through CSV files and DB connections (data present in application Database Tables) but couldn't find any reference of using data collected through Tag Management Services.
It would be helpful, if someone could clarify whether any of existing Pega Marketing product has the capability to capture/track browser events such as Web page visited by the users more frequently, clicks made on a particular Webpage during user session etc...
References to any previous implementation of Pega applications using Tag Manager services such as Site Tagger,Bright Tag, Open Tag etc.. would also be useful.

Additionally, a tag manager is just a tool to help manage where/when javascript is executed on the page. It should not impact the javascript that is required to call the real-time container.
