Hi all, a client in Italy is implementing a Customer Service application in Pega Cloud. They use Pega CDH to define NBA and NBO logics.
They have also a web portal which integrates with Pega through DX API.
The web portal uses Google Analytics to gain insights about user actions.
They would like to feed Pega CDH with information collected by Google Analytics (see the attached figure).
Is it possible to implement a such integration?
Do we did that somewhere else?
@dimas What is the structure and intent of sharing this information with CDH? Generally speaking sharing customer behavior with CDH is a normal practice, as long as it's useful to use this data to drive decisioning or predictions. There is no direct integration with Google analytics, but depending on the use case intent, it's typically pretty easy to do so. As such, understanding what you want to accomplish is an important precursor to understanding how to technically make it happen.
