Possible to use predictive and adaptive analytics at the same time?
predictive and adaptive analytics are both used to predict customer behaviour, can we use them both? can we use them both at the same time?

@FirdozK02 Adaptive models are used to calculate the propensities for all available actions and treatments. Predictive models can be used for example to calculate a churn score for the customer and this could then be used in the arbitration, for example to exclude all other offers than retention offers. Predictive models might also produce a score for a product category, these scores can be used as predictor input to the adaptive models.
