Intent Task 'auto-launch' feature is not working after upgrade

Hi All

One of our client has upgraded from Pega CS 7.1.4 (Running on PRPC 7.1.10) to Pega CS 7.21. (Running on PRPC 7.2.1). A intent task which has 'auto-launch' configured based on a 'Intent When' is not working.

Is there any known issue related to this? Found an article in PDN (https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/cpm-auto-launch-task-script), but this is for an older version and the fix is not working.
