Not able to enter field value name as value for Label, in sections created under data class. Is there any restriction as such?

I have a section under data class and I'm trying to include a field value as the value for a Label. But the Label control lets me add only plain text. Is there any restriction that we can use field values only in sections under work class?

Hi,

In the rule form where the label is placed.Go to HTML Tab and select localize option.When this is selected,you can give field value for label
