I have a section which is in xyz class ,on click of button i need to open a section or flow which is in different class.
1.I have a section which is in xyz class ,on click of button i need to open a section or flow which is in different class abc .
2. Also how to call a flow which is in class xyz from a section which is in class abc on click of submit button?

1. Use local action with the abc class to launch the section. When class is not in hierrachy using changeclass data transform.
2. Same way you can use page change class method in activity and use Call Flow ootb

1. If the local action is in ABC class ,how it will be accessible in XYZ class ,and where i need to configure this data transform.Can you pls elaborate?
2.Where to exactly mention this activity .I mean on click i have given launch action ,in launch action i have given the flow which is not accessible,so where do i need to mention this activity to change the class?

To run a flow action : Use "Launch -> Local action" with using page setting. This way you will be able to bring up the flow aciton which is different class altogether.

also when you say page settingg ,do i have to mention a page with class ABC in pages and classes tab of section which is in XYZ class?

yeah. you can launch a flow in modal using "Launch -> flow in modal" action.
For the page query, you have to define your top level page in the pages & classes tab and use the same in using page setting.
