Field Name In Field value rules - Usually this is name of a Single Value property in the class that you specified in the Apply to field
Is there any advantage having a property with the same name as the Field name of the Field Value rule like pyStatusWork in work- or Is it just an indication that pyStatusWork property is going to hold values only from Field Values rules with Field name as pyStatusWork.

Often, the "Field Name" indicates some context of how the field value is used. Here's an example. Notice how the field name is "pyMessageLabel", indicating that this field value is used as a message label.
