Unable to open attachment from link with script
Hello,
I am trying to add an icon that has an action set that will download the attachment from the specific row of the grid (this UI form is shown in the attached shot). I referenced this article: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/download-attachments-using-button-or-link
After using the suggested function in my action set, I tried to click on the icon to download the attachment and the system said "Unable to open the attachment, you lack the required permissions". However, when I try to open an attachment from the Attachment tab on the right hand side of the screen, I am able to download it just fine. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Do I need to add something special to my permissions (I am an Administrator with all 5 access to @baseclass currently)?

Hi Isabella,
I could replicate the same usecase at my end.
The reason why we see the issue is because the mapping was not done correctly. That is the reason we see the error "Class Not Found"
I have attached a document where I have captured the screenshots of my configurations. You may have to modify it slightly based on your usecase.

Did you check the respective Attachment category rule for permissions?
Also, do you see any error in the tracer? If yes, please share the tracer log.

Thank you for all the advice! I applied the changes you suggested and still could not download the attachment. The path that you manually entered in your case was the same as the one I was referencing from the pyWorkPage.pzInsKey, so that was the same, and applying the other changes in the script parameters page did not resolve it either. It still says that I lack the required permissions.
When you replicated my use case did you also get the permissions error to start? I am just confused because I can download attachments from the attachment tab on the sidebar but not from this grid.

Hi Isabella,
does the file have to be located in the attachments? Otherwise you might be able to put it on a ftp server and get the file via an onClick event which opens an external URL.
