Unable to open email attachment in chrome

We are not able to see email body after opening attachment in chrome. And getting error as This content is currently only compatible with Internet explorer.

Article https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/unable-open-email-attachment-ie-11 shows how to suppress alert. But email body is still not visible.

Any suggestions to view email in chrome browser?
