ATTACHMENT ERROR IN CHROME

EVERYTIME OPEN AN ATTACHMENT FROM CHROME RECEIVE A WEIRD ERROR. SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.

Hello Kelli, 

From the attached screenshot, I see the characters are junk/garbled and hence not readable.

Do you see this error while using other browsers(say IE)? Could you check if this post is helpful at your end?

Is the error specific to a particular document type that you are trying to open? Could you share the screenshot of the configurations made at your end.
