From your post, I understand that the case is created when you refresh the page from browser refresh and while it is accessed from Pega application using IAC. Do you see the behavior when the flow is executed without using IAC configured? Also, what is the product version used at your end?

We use below code to display pega gadget in external web site.

I tested the same in  CPM Interaction portal, case state is as is even after the browser refresh.

Product version used is CS 7.1.4 on Pega 7.1.9.

Hope we have a solution for this issue.

Thanks for the response and confirming the product version used at your end.

From your latest response, I understand that when you try to execute the same flow(as screenflow) from CS 7.1.4 on Pega 7.1.9, new case is not created even if user refreshes the browser(using F5 or right click). Is my understanding correct?

As this would need investigation, I would suggest you to raise a Support request. This is to identify if there are any configuration/environmental issues at your end related to IAC gadget.
