Decision Strategy Manager 7.2 Reference Guide, Extending Interaction History, Source and Target reversed?

Add a new set action, set the source to Primary.pyFactProperties(<APPEND>) and the target to "HandleTime".

Are the 'source' and 'target' used incorrectly in the guide?

BUG-256845 fix is completed. The BUG item indicates that the fix is slated for delivery In Pega 7.2.2.
The doc writer's Pulse note states --
"Has been corrected in 7.2.1. See page 25 of https://docs-previous.pega.com/decision-strategy-manager-operations-guide-721"
