Taking a dump from Pega SMA
"Dump" is a technical term here.
When a system is stuck, is there any way to dump useful stuff that is otherwise captured by SMA - Requestors, clipboards, cache stats?
Restarting the node loses all that diagnostic data. Without a dump, we sometimes make the mistake of troubleshooting a non-responsive system rather than just restarting (in a world where we want to not have ty).

Second - yes, there is in fact a super useful button when you first click on a node at the top-right left of the screen, here:
Click on that, and you will generate a zip file with TONS of great information. You will be presented with a link to download it. It will prompt you for a username/password. This is a container user (ie: tomcat-users.xml) with the PegaDiagnostUser role.
Alternatively the file can be found here: $TOMCAT_HOME/work/Catalina/localhost/prweb/SystemManagement/SystemManagementInformation
It includes all logs from all loggers (Alert, Security, Pega, etc...) as well as 14 xml files which basically include all the information available in SMA.

I see. Somehow I learned that awhile ago but never committed that to memory.
Would be nice to always export this upon shutdown as well.
