Tracer window is not opening from the SMA

Hi,

I need to trace a requestor (Batch) and while launching the tracer windor from SMA it says "TracerURL operation has been executed successfully" but tracer did not show up.

Need advise if you face similar issue.

Can you check PRPC Primary URL and PRPC Diagnostic URL configuration in SMA. Sometimes wrong URL syntax results in this problem.

Hi, Please share the path where PRPC Primary URL and PRPC Diagnostic URL configuration are in SMA. Also where to change these values like prconfig.xml or SMA or Dynamic System Setting?

Thank you Pavan for screenshot. Now I am able to open Tracer after updating URL's to ip address instead of localhost.

I have checked both the URLs in the SMA and those looks good. Also have verified the SystemManagementURI DSS. Please suggest if anyone faces this issue and got a resolution.

Hello Ismail ,

I hope you have tried with  ipaddress  instead  of localhost in the Primary and PRPC diagnostic URL .

Make sure you’re not giving any load balancer url .

Can you please provide the  screenshot of node information from the SMA .
