Unable to connect from Windows to Linux Server via SFTP protocol (FTP Server Rule)
Hi Team,
We are unable to connect from Windows to Linux Server via SFTP protocol (FTP Server Rule).
PRPC Version :731
On the click of test connectivity,no error/status message shows up on the screen (Nothing suspicious has been observed in the logs/Trace).
Please suggest.

Hi Team,
This seems to be connectivity issue between servers itself.
Can you try connecting between the systems using cmd or putty/terminal.
Fixing the connectivity here should automatically resolve the issue in pega.

Thanks for the response.Connectivity is good but still facing the issue.
Do we need to invoke "Connect FTP" via FTP server rule to copy a file from Windows to Linux ?
Last time we had similar kind of issues with SFTP implementation and "WaikeiKwok_GCS and Jeff Houle from PegaSystems" helped us out.

There's a good chance that you're supposed to supply an SSH key when connecting to this server, but that field (Client key) looks blank in your setup.

Hi,
Although Client Key value has been added,we could still find the Connect to FTP server : Fail (Although connectivity exists between the windows and Linux server).

Is this what you see when clicking "Test connectivity" on the FTP Server form?
Does the actual FTP server have any logs to tell you what happened?
