SMA Tracer issue

Hi,

While trying to access the Tracer in DEV SMA , we are facing the following error.

Although the selected requester is an active session,the trace displays the below mentioned error.

HI Pradeep,

As per the screenshot, you are attempting to trace  HRequestor(browser) session for the user nvisw2. Can you validate if there are any other H requestors for the same user? Maybe those are relevant active sessions?

And are you seeing this error for a particular requestor (nviw2) session or for all the requestors ?
