Tracer performance Issue
Hi All,
My PRPC tracer is getting stuck once it reaches 1000+ records and isnt responding, due to which am unable to debug the issues which for big flows. Please help me out if you found any similar issue and is resolved.
System Properties:
System: Laptop
Processor: Inter (R) Core (TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM) : 4.00 GB (3.84 usable)
System type: 64 - bit OS

Hi there,
As Henry has stated when you scroll down in the settings of your tracer increment the count of it to 999999999999.
if still the tracer is getting stuck there is an alternative way i followed and it worked out perfectly.
but, it deals with a lot of work though.
Go to
Registry editor
HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Internet Settings
right click-> DWord(32-bit)Value
1.MaxConnectionsPerServer
2.MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
Cmd->regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

You can increase the "Max Trace Events to Display". While the Tracer is open, select "Settings" then scroll to the bottom of the "Tracer Settings" pop up window. You can increase the "Max Trace Events to Display" setting under "User Interface". The default value should be 5000.
