AES taking periodic thread dumps - toggle off?

We're seeing a lot of thread dumps via EnvironmentDiagnostics across all of our nodes. Can we turn this feature of AES off?

This should not be related to AES, AES is just a monitoring tool and not administrative one.

One printed in log suggests there are genuine thread dumps which should be reviewed.
