Request help in understanding thread dump

Hi Team,

we are observing thread dump in pegarules.log in prod file and need help in understand the same.

Please find attached thread dump.

I have followed the below link and identified attached culprit thread but not able to get the issue completely.

Thread taking time is: ExecuteThread: '5' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'

and log suggests, its busy at pysystemoperationsagentmanagement.

Can you please check and confirm if operation on agent management is taking time?
