PegaCALL Support for CISCO
Hi,
I am trying to determine the support and compatability of PegaCALL with Cisco Unified Manager for a customer.
Their specific questions is:
Our voice solution is Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 10.5. Can you confirm support for this version in both Pega 6.3 and 7?
Being relativly new to pega I have search PDN/ Pega Mesh and Sales hub and cant seem to locate this information? Is there somewhere else or am I just not looking hard enough?
