SiteMinder Integration with PRPC 7.1.7
Hi,
As part of our project requirement, we need to integrate SiteMinder v12.0 with PRPC 7.1.7, with application server being Websphere. I searched through PDN, however, didn't find any relevant instructions on this or any helping document as such either. Is there anything available on this readily?

Hi Mary,
One quick question, the document you provided is for SiteMinder v12.52, does same instructions apply to SiteMinder v12.0 as well? Or if there are any other documents, please let me know. We are using PRPC Version 7.1.7 by the way.

I found the PDN references by searching PDN on "SiteMinder" and filtering the search results.
Try your own PDN search and don't filter the results.
This keyword ("SiteMinder") finds correct content because the old product name, CA SiteMinder, is mapped to the new product name, CA Single Sign-On.

The runbook was developed on those product versions as you've noted. It is best to directly reference the product documentation from CA and Pega for the versions you are using. Given that there is only a difference in minor version numbers I would expect that the configuration experience would be very similar.
Finally, Pega supports SAML 2.0 SSO with any compliant Identity Provider - this runbook just describes one of them in detail.
