Issue with Drag and drop in prpc V 7.1.7
I am not able drag and drop emails from MS outlook while using OOTB attachment control in V 7.1.7, There is no response on screen while performing this action.
No definite clue on pdn for this functionality.

Yes, I have gone through the PDN article and it says image would be corrupted after attaching an email from MS out look from drag/drop feature.
Our issue is - we are not able to attach any file by dragging from MS out look to Pega screen at first place.
From PDN- they might have removed this feature from V 7.1.8 but I am unsure about V 7.1.7

Thanks Arvind, This PDN article does have similarity with posted one and both are for 7.1.8 version and says drag and drop feature will not be in support.
But PDN doesn't say anything specific for V 7.1.8

For a workaround outside Pega, I believe, it can be helpful if you use a fully HTML5 compliant email client, or a 3rd party plugin for Outlook ( html5 compliant) .
