Hi Supriya,
Thank you for your reply!
However the upgrade estimator tool does not support version 5.4, it supports from version 5.5.
Is there any other way to get the estimates for upgrade from 5.4 to 7.1.9.

One more thing is, only the latest version will be available for download. So, you will be upgrading to 7.2.1
Also, you can take 5.5 as the source and extrapolate some % for 5.4

Hi Punna,
All our applications is in 5.4 none of them is in 5.5 so we need a way to estimate on the basis of it.

Point is rohit, since you dont have 5.4 in the drop down, you can select 5.5, which is closer to 5.4.
There is not a lot of difference between upgrading from 5.4 to 7.2 vs 5.5 to 7.2. So, take that as a baseline and then add some extra time as the tool gives you 5.5, and yours is 5.4

Hello Rohit,
Based on your implementation, some of the functionality will have to be retrofitted. eg : Portals. However these portal changes will be considered as part of the estimator tool.
I recommend that you run the estimator tool with 5.5 as your base version and add a sub category to the sheet for 5.4 changes if there are any.
