How do you find the Enabled Users in PegaCall 7.1?
Where did they move the Enabled Users in PegaCall 7.1? In 6.1 it was under Pega - ChannelServices - PegaCall - Utilities - EnabledUsers. In PegaCall 7.1 the pyChannelServicesMainMenu was withdrawn and replaced with a version that does not call the listview CTIEnabledUsers, although it still exists in the PegaCall rulesets.

All the users who are monitoring a CTI extension are now shown under corresponding link using which they logged into CTI. This can be accessed from PegaCALL landing page under CTI Links tab.

We don't show anything under CTI Links Session List, but I show that I am logged into our CTI server, and I am getting the screen pop. We're using the old Link Server method, not the Link Engine. The login activity we are using is ChannelServices-Session-CTILink-Classic. Our goal for now, is to get CTI working in pega 7 as it was working in pega 6, since we don't have the upgraded telephony equipment, yet, required for pega 7. Thank you for the information.
