Shoretel and PegaCALL CTI integration

Is there any support documentation relating to integration between Shoretel telephony system and PegaCALL. The PegaCALL version used is 7.21 that comes with Pega CS 7.22
PegaCALL 7.21 seems to have OpenCTI feature incorporated enabling it to integrate with more CTI providers than before.

As the communication between OpenCTI and CTI server should be through web services, Is there any documentation around any of the service operations, request/response definitions?
