I posted the same question on PegaCALL popup didn't show up when using https

This is Pega 7.1.8. PegaCS 7.1.4, on 2 nodes cluster with a load balancer.

When CSR logs in to individual node directly with http, PegaCALL popup shows up correctly. Avaya.

But if CSR logs in to the load balancer URL with httpS, the popup didn't show up and CPMInteractionPortalHeader is unclickable, seems popup is model dialog but invisible.

This problem happens on both IE11 and Chrome.

Any security setting on browsers?

Please advise.
