Unable to generate Application document in Pega 7.1.7

PRPC is asking to install plug in for silver light while running document wizard. Still its unable to generate document even After successful installation.

I tried to trace and in tracer below SQL error is coming as an error, I am not sure if it can be an issue.

code: -302 SQLState: 22001 Message: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-302, SQLSTATE=22001, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=3.62.56

Thanks Ravi, Yes we tried with chrome browser , but the issue with Chrome is- Its not recognizing the installed PRPC silver light plug in.

And Chrome is not prompting for PRPC plug ins, its taking external site(s) to install and screen is hanging afterwards and its chrome issue is same with 7.1.8 and 7.1.9 versions.

Hi,

I hope that you guys need to talk to your local admin based on the below PDN article. Looks to me that this plugin is not installed properly due to some privilege issues. Please check the below article.

Thanks Ravi- we followed the article, installed the PRPC plug in with Admin help, restarted the system and the server. Also confirmed all registry are in place for MS silver light, still Its not working in IE but its not prompting for plug in to install from OOTB.

For Chrome - There is no option to save Pega prompted plug in, it will take to external web site and Admin can not help on this because its against the firm policy to download something from external site.

We raised  an SR for V 7.1.9 and we got some registry setting from GCS and it worked but now the same issue with V 7.1.7
