Assignment Interrupted in history
In our application we have seen lot of entries with 'AssignmentInterrupted'. Is Assignment Interrupted an issue?
In our application, a user submitted a case to Workbasket2, and other user pulled the same case same time from different workbasket2. when I checked history of case in the table, I see the assignment interrupted while routing the case to workbasket1
we are not using any special shapes in flows.using Route to Workbasket.

The AssignmentInterrupted message occurs when an assignment is removed via a ticket.

Tickets can be associated with shapes on a flow and then the SetTicket activity can be used to proceed to that point.

In our application the entry 'Assignment removed via ticket' is added in history with a User name.
In what senario's / on which user action we get 'Assignment removed via ticket?.

Hi Shashikalavathi,
You will want to look for places where you are setting tickets. You could start by checking pre- and post-processing activities on your flow actions and check utility shapes in your flows. You could also Trace the process and include the Flow event type in the trace.
